FAQ for myan99 Players
myan99 Frequently Asked Questions
This section answers common questions about deposits, withdrawals, how to play slots, and traditional Myanmar games.
Frequently asked questions from both new and existing myan99 players are organised into four categories: deposits, withdrawals, slots features, and traditional Myanmar games. Every answer is written using accurate myan99 service information, so players can find clear answers without needing to contact support. If you have a question not covered here, you can reach us directly via Live Chat.
Depositing
The minimum deposit at myan99 is 20,000 Ks, and this applies to all methods including KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. Your first deposit qualifies for a 150% welcome bonus — deposit 20,000 Ks and get 30,000 Ks in bonus, giving you a starting balance of 50,000 Ks. Please note that this bonus requires 15x wagering before it can be withdrawn.
If more than 15 minutes have passed since your deposit, first check whether you have a screenshot confirming a successful payment. If you have the confirmation but the balance has not appeared, contact myan99 Live Chat and submit the screenshot. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will resolve each case quickly.
myan99 Login, go to the deposit menu, and select KBZPay. Enter the amount and a mobile number to send payment to will appear. Transfer the money via KBZPay to that number, then upload a screenshot of the successful transfer to the platform. Deposit confirmation is normally completed within minutes.
myan99 does not charge any deposit fees. However, please note that your KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay account may charge its own transfer fees — these are set by the payment provider and have nothing to do with myan99. You can find the full deposit guide in the deposit menu.
Slots-related questions
Most games include a Demo Mode so you can try out gameplay and features without creating an account or making a deposit. During demo play, you use virtual credits, so there is no real money at risk. When you are ready to play with real money, log in via myan99 Login and start playing.
Volatility is an indicator that describes how often and how large the payouts in a game tend to be. High Volatility games can pay out big wins but less frequently, while Low Volatility games pay out smaller wins more often. If your budget is limited, choosing Medium to Low Volatility games will extend your playtime and help manage the risk of losing money.
If your budget is between 20,000 Ks and 50,000 Ks, it is a good idea to choose Low Bet Min games with a low minimum bet per round. This stretches your playtime and gives features a better chance to appear. Avoid High Volatility games, which can burn through your budget quickly. Try Demo Mode first before switching to real money.
Free Spins are a bonus feature that lets you spin additional times without spending money. They are usually triggered by landing 3 or more Scatter Symbols, and depending on the game, a Multiplier may also apply. Winnings earned during Free Spins are real cash and are calculated based on your original bet amount.
In a Progressive Jackpot, the prize pool grows gradually every time players place bets. When a player hits the jackpot, they receive the full accumulated prize. Once the prize is claimed, the amount resets and begins building up again from there. You can browse Progressive Jackpot games in the myan99 slots section.
How to withdraw
myan99 withdrawals are normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing time may vary depending on when you request the withdrawal, the amount, and the payment network, but we aim to complete it within that timeframe. Please also note that the minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the Wagering Requirement is met. For the 150% welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 15 before you can withdraw. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. You can check your wagering progress in your myan99 account.
If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 hours, contact myan99 Live Chat and provide your withdrawal ID and amount. If your account verification is not yet complete, you may be asked to submit additional supporting documents. The support team will review each case individually and resolve it as quickly as possible.
No. For withdrawals, you may only use a KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay wallet that is registered under the same name as your myan99 account. Withdrawals to third-party wallets are not permitted, in order to protect your security and financial safety.
Go ahead. myan99's withdrawal service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you request at 11 PM or 3 AM, withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please note that processing times can occasionally run longer due to the payment wallet's own operating schedules.
Myanmar traditional games
In 2D, you pick a two-digit number (00 to 99) and place your bet. No one can know in advance which number will come up, and the payout rate is fixed. At myan99, you can play 2D in real time through the digital platform, with results displayed accurately as they happen. Do not trust anyone who claims to know the number in advance — no one knows the real result.
Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with 3 cards. The face values are added together and the last digit is divided by 10. 9 is the highest score and 0 is the lowest. At myan99, you can play both Live Shan Koe Mee and Virtual Shan Koe Mee — head to the card games section to play.
In 3D, you pick a 3-digit combination (000 to 999), so the top prize is higher. The odds of winning are lower than 2D, but the payout is bigger. Results cannot be predicted in advance — each player decides on their own numbers. For both games, set your budget first before you play.
Join us. The myan99 platform is mobile-friendly and you can play on Android and iOS phones through a browser — no app download needed. 2D, 3D and Shan Koe Mee games are designed to fit your phone screen perfectly, so you can play without a computer.
