2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

You must create your own account to play on the myan99 platform. The personal information provided when opening an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts opened with false information may be closed.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them with anyone.

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing. The bank or payment account used for withdrawal must match the name registered on your account. Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is received. Processing may take longer on Sundays and public holidays.

If you withdraw directly without any gameplay, the funds can only be returned to the original network used for deposit. Withdrawals are only available after meeting the applicable gameplay and bonus wagering requirements.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

myan99's welcome bonus, available in Myanmar language, gives you 150% on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn as cash until the Wagering Requirement of 15x has been met.

Calculation Example: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 50,000 Ks. The wagering amount required = 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses will not be given multiple times — each bonus is available once only.
  • If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
  • There may be restrictions on which games can be played and bet amounts while a bonus is active; bonus amounts above 500,000 Ks will not be accepted.
  • If a policy violation is found, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.
  • myan99 reserves the right to modify promotions without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Program

myan99's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Every VIP tier earns weekly cashback — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Each VIP tier may have wagering requirements before cashback can be withdrawn as cash.

5. Gameplay Terms

5.1 Game Validity

Game results are produced using RNG (Random Number Generator) and fair play technology. myan99 reserves the right to void any result arising from a violation of game rules or a technical error.

5.2 Betting Limits

myan99 has the right to restrict a player's activity — especially to ensure compliance with responsible gaming policy. Examples of situations that may lead to restrictions include unfair play, exploiting the platform for personal gain, and using bots or automated systems to play.

5.3 Winnings Processing

Winnings from legitimate gameplay are credited to the account. myan99 reserves the right to void any funds obtained as a result of a system glitch, incorrect monetary display, or software error.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 Situations Where myan99 May Suspend an Account

  • When a violation of platform rules is found during investigation
  • When there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal fund transfers
  • When it is found that a player is under 21 years of age
  • When a third-party complaint has been received and an investigation is underway

6.2 Account Closure by the Player
